How long does shipping take?

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Is ChugTimer™ waterproof?

ChugTimer™ is splash-resistant, but it is not fully waterproof. It can handle splashes, but it should not be submerged in water, rinsed under running water, or exposed to extreme heavy liquid contact.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We’ll review the problem and help with the next steps.

Is ChugTimer™ rechargeable?

Yes. ChugTimer™ is rechargeable and comes with a charging cable, so you can charge it and use it again for future parties and game nights.
