This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through chugtimer.shop are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.
By placing an order with ChugTimer, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, high order volume, supplier delays, shipping disruptions, or events outside our control.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 3-5 business days
- United States: 3-5 business days
- International: 3-5 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping times may vary depending on location, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, and other factors outside our control.
3. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, a tracking number may be sent by email after the order ships.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the carrier receives the package.
We are not responsible for carrier tracking delays, missing scans, or tracking systems that do not update in real time.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
This includes:
- full legal name;
- correct street address;
- apartment, unit, or buzzer number;
- city;
- province/state;
- postal/ZIP code;
- country;
- phone number or email when needed for delivery.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
5. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, unpaid customs fees, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Refunds are not guaranteed for returned packages caused by customer error, refusal, or failure to accept delivery.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that an order was delivered, we are not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, or damage after delivery.
Customers should check with household members, neighbours, building staff, mailrooms, front desks, local post offices, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
We may assist with carrier claims where possible, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked delivered.
7. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, seizures, refusals, or extra costs caused by customs authorities or import rules in your country.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to locations where shipping is unavailable, restricted, unsafe, unlawful, or commercially unreasonable.
If we cannot ship to your location after an order is placed, we may cancel the order and issue a refund where required.
9. Preorders and Backorders
If an item is listed as a preorder or backorder, shipping times may be longer than usual.
Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and may change due to supplier, manufacturing, customs, or carrier delays.
